Customer questions & answers What's the 4D air mesh technology? 4D air mesh technology is an upgraded version of 3D technology, allowing water and air to permeate through these holes easily for quick drying, and providing breathability and ventilation. The soft polyester material has good elasticity, so it will not deform over time.

How to use this bath pillow? Slightly wet the suction cups on the back of the bath pillow. Press the suction cups firmly against the bathtub surface to form a tight seal, making sure all air bubbles are pressed out. Then keep firm pressure.

How do I clean this bath pillow? Wash with cold water (below 25℃) and gentle detergent. Wash the pillow alone, without other clothing items. You may wash it with softener occasionally, but never use bleach. You can also wash it by hand.

How do I remove this pillow from the tub? Don't use force to pull it off. Remove the suction cups by peeling up the sides rather than trying to pull straight from the middle. This can make the air fall off automatically. Please keep sharp objects away from the pillow.
